Study on Quality Control Methods of Automatic Temperature Observation

利用河南省121个国家级地面气象观测站的气温资料,分析了河南省极端最高气温(40.0~44.6 ℃)、极端最低气温(-23.6~-13.1℃)的空间分布和气温的变化规律,并归纳出气温数据质量控制的方法:(1)检查数据是否在合理范围之内;(2)检查数据是否符合变化规律;(3)检查数据与相关要素是否具有关联性;(4)检查数据是否符合时间一致性规律;(5)检查数据是否具有空间一致性;(6)若瞬时值60 min无变化,小时值24 h无变化,则数值有误;(7)对数据进行临界值检查;(8)检查气温变化异常是否由天气事件引起.
By using the temperature data from 121 national surface meteorological stations in Henan Province,this article analyzes the spatial distributions of extreme highest temperatures(40.0 to 44.6 ℃)and extreme low temperatures(-23.6 to-13.1 ℃)as well as the variation pattern of temperature in Henan Province.Addtionally,the methods of controlling the quality of temperature data are summarized as follows:(1)Checking whether the data is within a reasonable range;(2)checking whether the data conforms to the variation pattern;(3)checking whether the data is correlated to relevant elements;(4)checking whether the data conforms to time consistency;(5)checking the spatial consistency of the data;(6)identifying errors in the data with instantaneous values unchanged for 60 min or the hourly val-ue unchanged for 24 hours;(7)performing critical value checks;(8)examining whether abnormal tem-perature changes are caused by weather events.
