摘要
本文探讨了黄河流域实施禁渔制度、保护渔业资源的发展思路,分析了加强渔业资源保护的背景、意义和存在问题,围绕渔业新质生产力的培育,提出了新形势下加强渔业资源保护、推动渔业经济健康发展措施与对策.引导水产技术推广人员做好本职工作,提高服务水平;增强民众爱护水环境、严守生态底线的法律意识.
Abstract
This paper discusses the development ideas of implementing the fishing ban system and the protec-tion of fishery resources in the Yellow River Basin,analyzes the background,significance and existing problems of strengthening the protection of fishery resources,and puts forward the measures and countermeasures of strengthen-ing the protection of fishery resources and promoting the healthy development of the fishery economy under the cultivation of new quality fishery productivity.Guide aquatic technology extension personnel to do their job and improve service level;strengthen the public care of water environment and strictly observe the legal awareness of ecological bottom line.
