摘要
水产品质量安全问题是当前社会普遍关注的焦点.水域污染、使用非法添加剂、微生物污染、药物残留超标、品牌观念淡薄、市场竞争不规范以及水产品质量安全标准和监督体系不完善等问题,均对水产品质量安全产生了深远影响.本文剖析问题根源,提出应对策略,保障水产品的质量安全,维护消费者的健康权益.
Abstract
The quality and safety of aquatic products is the focus of the current society.Water pollution,ille-gal additives,microbial pollution,excessive drug residues,weak quality concepts and non-standard market compe-tition,as well as imperfect aquatic product quality and safety standards and supervision system,have a profound impact on aquatic product quality and safety.This paper aims to deeply analyze the root causes of these problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products and safeguard the health rights and interests of consumers.
