济南大汶河湿地浮游动物多样性及水质评价

摘要
为了解黄河流域湿地浮游生物群落结构特征及水质状况,于2020年秋季调查了济南大汶河湿地浮游动物群落结构,分析评价了水环境质量状况.结果表明:大汶河湿地共采集浮游动物25种,隶属于4大类,其中轮虫的种类数占据主导(68.0%);浮游动物密度平均值为69.83ind./L,生物量平均值为0.089mg/L,生物多样性指数平均值为2.187,均匀度指数平均值为0.732;综合营养状态指数(TLI)水质评价结果显示大汶河湿地水质整体处于中营养化水平.该研究对大汶河湿地的生态效应评估和水资源保护具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract
For understand the structure of plankton community and the status of water quality in the wetland of Yollow River basin,the zooplankton community were investigated and the water environment quality status was analyzed in Dawen River of Jinan in September of 2020.The results showed that a total of 25 zooplankton species were collected in Dawen river wetland,which belonged to 4 categories,among which the species number of rotifers dominated(68.0%).The average zooplankton density was 69.83ind./L,the average biomass was 0.089mg/L,and the average biodiversity index was 2.187,the average evenness index was 0.732.The results of comprehensive nutrient status index(TLI)water quality evaluation showed that the water quality of Dawen River wetland was at the medi-um nutrient level.This study have certain value in guiding ecological effect assessment and water resources pro-tection of Dawen River wetland.
