Abstract
This paper introduces the application of aquatic product detection technology types and aquatic product detection technology in food safety supervision.The optimization of aquatic product testing technology can consider the application of automation and intelligent technology,the development of diversified joint testing meth-ods,the promotion of standardization and the establishment of standard reference,and the application of the net-worked information management system.These measures will help to improve the quality and efficiency of food safety regulation and ensure the health and interests of the public.
