摘要
为推进黄河土著鱼类种质保护技术研究,恢复其野生种群,提升土著鱼类种质资源可持续利用,我们在省水产总站合阳基地进行了乌苏里拟鲿人工繁育试验.本次繁殖实验共获得受精卵约3.5万粒,受精率约80％,出膜率约90％.
Abstract
In order to promote the research on germplasm protection technology of indigenous fish in the Yel-low River,restore its wild population,and improve the sustainable utilization of germplasm resources of indigenous fish,we carried out an artificial breeding experiment in Wusuli in Heyang base of provincial Fisheries Station.In this breeding experiment,about 35,000 fertilized eggs were obtained,the fertilization rate was about 80％,and the membrane yield rate was about 90％.
