Diversity of Zooplankton in Suyahu Reservoir during Summer
Taking the plankton of Suya Lake reservoir as the research object, this paper evaluates the plank-ton diversity of Suya Lake reservoir in summer, and provides a theoretical basis for the ecological protection of Suya Lake reservoir. The results were as follows:A total of 85 species of phytoplankton were detected in Suya Lake reservoir, with an average density of 4.54×106 cells/L,including 6 phyla, including 45 chlorophyta(genera),21 diatoma(genera),9 cyanophyta(genera),5 gymnophyta(genera),3 xanthophyta(genera)and 2 Cryptophyta(gener-a).There were 22 species of zooplankton with an average density of 3.92×104 ind/L,including 4 species, including 11 protozoa(genera),6 rotifers(genera),3 cladoceras(genera)and 2 copepods(genera). The mean values of Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Margalef richness index and Pielou's evenness index were 1.700,2.076 and 0.478,respec-tively.The mean values of Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Margalef richness index and Pielou's evenness index were 1.594,0.824 and 0.707,respectively.According to the classification and evaluation criteria of biodiversity threshold, the plankton diversity of Suya Lake reservoir is better.
