锰配合物促进CuO-TiO2光催化分子氧氧化环己烯的研究

以醋酸铜、氢氧化钠、钛酸正丁酯为原料及PEG6000为活性剂,采用共沉淀法制备了CuO-TiO2复合型半导体氧化物催化剂,借助固体紫外、氮气吸附脱附、XRD、TEM对其进行了表征,考察了催化剂在可见光照射下分子氧选择氧化环己烯反应过程的光催化性能.结果表明,CuO-TiO2在催化该光化学反应时显示比其纯氧化物稍高的催化活性,而且金属配合物的加入能不同程度地促进光催化反应,其中8-羟基喹啉锰类配合物的促进作用最显著.在优化反应条件下,环己烯的转化率为32.2%,氧化产物为环氧环己烷、环己烯醇和环己烯酮.
CuO/TiO2 Photocatalyzed Oxidation of Cyclohexene with Molecular Oxygen Under the Promotion of Manganese Complexes
CuO-TiO2 composite oxide was prepared by a co-precipitation method using PEG6000 as a surfactant and copper acetate, NaOH and tetrabutyl orthotitanate as raw metarials, and then characterized by UV-Vis, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, XRD and TEM. The photocatalytic performance of CuO-TiO2 was investigated by the selective oxidation of cyclohexene with molecular oxygen under visible light irradiation. The results indicated that the CuO-TiO2 composite showed a slightly higher photocatalytic activtiy for this reaction than the corresponding pure metal oxides. Furthermore, the addition of metal complexes could promote the photocatalytic reaction to some extent, among the metal complexes examined, 8-hydroxylquinoline and especially its dibrominated derivative coordinated manganese complexes displayed an excellent promotion effect. Under the optimum reaction conditions, about 32.2% of cyclohexene was oxidized to form cyclohexenone, cyclohexenol and epoxycyclohexane.
