Study on Evaluation Index System of Intensive Land Use in Development Zones
On the base of the connotation of intensive land use , and as for the current problems existing in the evaluation index system of intensive land use , some suggestions for revision were put forward in the paper .The new index system was composed of 5 goals, 10 subgoals and 30 indexes.In these 30 indicators, 23 indicators were pro-posed for all of the development zone , the other 7 indicators for the selective index set by different types of develop-ment zones .The case study of Hunan Yuanjiang Hi-tech Industrial Park shows that the evaluation result received by adopting new index system is more objective and actual .
