Efficiency Evaluation of Green Logistics Industry Based on DEA Three Stage Model
In order to evaluate the efficiency of the green logistics industry under the dual carbon background and explore the path of efficiency improvement,a green logistics industry evaluation index system was constructed by using DEA three-stage model was used, with logistics data from Hunan province as the research sample.Innova-tive development indicators were selected from the perspective of technology, coordinated development level indica-tors were selected from the perspective of coordinated development between the three major industries and the econ-omy,and green development indicators were selected from the perspective of ecological environment protection and carbon emission reduction. The evaluation results are as follows.(1)There are significant differences in the effi-ciency of the green logistics industry among prefecture level cities in Hunan province.Environmental factors have a more significant impact on efficiency, and the degree of impact varies among different prefecture level cities.(2)The greater the government's support, the less redundant the investment, which is more conducive to the formation of green logistics scale efficiency. The more R&D expenditure, the more conducive it is to reducing resource waste, thereby improving the efficiency of the green logistics industry.(3)The improvement in technical performance after DEA adjustment leads to changes in overall performance, which is also affected by external environment and random errors.Based on the research results, from the perspective of rational resource allocation,a path to improve the efficiency of the green logistics industry in Hunan province is proposed.
