基于能值的广西"两山"价值转化评价

为探究广西"绿水青山"与"金山银山"间的价值转化效率,通过能值法构建"两山"价值转化输入输出模型,评价 2009-2020 年广西"两山"价值转化水平与生态资本减值强度,并利用灰色预测模型预测未来 5 年"两山"价值转化率.结论如下:(1)2000-2018 年间,广西"两山"价值转化水平整体上呈现波动上升的大幅调整过程,2018-2020 年有小幅下降趋向.(2)在研究期间,广西生态资本减值强度呈先减少后增加的趋势,推动广西生态资本减值的绝对驱动力量是工业废物排放.(3)2000-2020 年间广西"两山"价值转化率预测值与实际值呈较一致的变化趋势,2021-2025 年能值转化趋向表现为持续上升.因此,需减少水土流失、工业"三废"以及碳排放对环境的负压,降低生态系统的功能损耗.
Evaluation of Value Transformation of"Two Mountains"in Guangxi Based on Emergy
In order to investigate the value conversion efficiency between"green mountains"and"silver mountains"in Guangxi,the input and output model of value conversion of"two mountains"is constructed by the energy value method,and the level of value conversion of"two mountains"and the intensity of ecological capital impairment in Guangxi from 2000 to 2020 are evaluated,and the value conversion rate of"two mountains"in the next five years is predicted by the gray prediction model.The results are as follows.(1)From 2000 to 2018,the value transformation level of Guangxi's"two mountains"showed a large adjustment process of fluctuating upward on the whole,and there was a small downward trend from 2018 to 2020.(2)During the studied period,the impair-ment intensity of Guangxi's ecological capital showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.The absolute driving force to promote the impairment of Guangxi's ecological capital is industrial waste emissions.(3)From 2000 to 2020,the predicted value of the value conversion rate of Guangxi's"two mountains"showed a relatively consist-ent trend with the actual value,and from 2021 to 2025,the energy conversion trend showed a continuous increase.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the negative pressure of water and soil loss,industrial"three wastes"and car-bon emissions on the environment and reduce the functional loss of the ecosystem.
