Spatial Network Structure of the Urban Agglomeration Around Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan from Multidimensional Factor Flow Perspective
Characterization of the spatial network structure of city clusters can help to analyze the driving force of urban development and weaken the phenomenon of urban polarization. This paper applies the modified gravity model,multi-dimensional network metric model, and affiliation model to determine the strength of the internal and external spatial network connections of the urban agglomeration around Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan,analyze its network characteristics and direction of action, and study the spatial pattern of the city cluster and the plate effect using the social net-work analysis method. The results show as follows.(1)The overall multi-dimensional factor networks inside and outside the city cluster are relatively consistent, and the linkage strength gradually decreases from Changsha to the outer circle.(2)Changsha city presents"one city domination"in the intra-provincial net-work,and Yueyang city is the most prominent city in the inter-provincial network, which is closely connected with the Wuhan metropolitan area.(3)There is a big difference between the internal and external networks of the urban agglomeration around Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan in terms of the degree of centrality of points, and the overall level of network intermediation is low, which is not conducive to attracting external factor exchanges. The internal comprehensive linkage space network of the urban agglomeration around Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan is divided into 4 cohesive subgroups, while the external comprehensive network is only divided into 2 cohesive subgroups. The ur-ban agglomeration around Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan is still dominated by internal linkages, with weak external connectivity.
