Quality Evaluation and Type Identification of Rural Revitalization in Dabie Mountains Old Revolutionary Base Area
In order to deeply analyze the quality of rural revitalization in Dabie Mountain Old Revolutionary Base Area, the theoretical framework of"internal and external"was constructed from the perspectives of external support thrust and internal development impetus. Then, the entropy and linear weighting method,DEA-BCC and Malmquist index model were comprehensively used to evaluate the output level of"quantity"and the efficiency change of"quality"of rural revitalization. The results are as follows.(1)The level of rural revitalization is generally not high, showing the temporal evolution characteristics of"decreasing scale in low-value areas and increasing regu-larity in high-value areas",the spatial differentiation with an order"northern Hubei, whole region, western Anhui, southern Henan",the growth rate with an order"southern Henan, western Anhui, whole region, northern Hubei",and the dimension differentiation with an order"ecological livability, affluent life, civilized rural customs,flourish-ing industry, effective governance".(2)The efficiency of rural revitalization first increases and then gradually stabi-lizes,but it has not yet reached optimal efficiency, and the total factor productivity first rises and then decline. For the partitions, the current efficiency of northern Hubei and western Anhui is relatively high, but their growth space is limited, while the current efficiency of southern Henan is low,but its growth potential is large.(3)Based on the matrix combination of"quantity"and"quality",there are four types of rural revitalization in Dabie Mountains Old Revolutionary Base Area:leading and stable, rising and developing, catching up with potential, lagging and slow growing. Finally, through the comprehensive diagnosis of the quality of rural revitalization, the optimization paths of different types are proposed, with a view to providing reference for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in Dabie Mountains Old Revolutionary Base Area.
