The Coupling Interaction Between Inter-provincial Digital Economy and High-quality Tourism Development in China
Digital economy is an important driving force to promote the high-quality development of tourism,while the high-quality development of tourism also provides material support for the development of digital economy.Firstly,the improved entropy value method was used to measure the level of digital economy and high-quality tourism development in 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020.Secondly,the coupling coordination model and Kernel density estimation method are used to analyze the coupling coordination state of the two.Finally,the PVAR model is used to explore the interactive response relationship between the two.The results of the study are as fol-lows.(1)During the studied period,the development level of China's digital economy shows a steady upward trend,with a large increase and significant spatial heterogeneity.The level of high-quality development of tourism shows an inverted"N"-shaped fluctuations in the alternation of the characteristics of the evolution of the tourism in-dustry and shows significant spatial heterogeneity.(2)During the studied period,the coupling coordination degree of digital economy and high-quality tourism development has been steadily improving in time sequence,from a mod-erate dissonance at the beginning of the period to a basic state of coordination at the end of the period and there is a tendency of"club convergence"development,spatially presenting a distribution order of"East,West,North-east,and Center".(3)There is a benign interactive relationship between China's digital economy and the high-quality development of tourism,and in the short term,the interaction effect of the two is larger.In terms of long-term im-pact,the two are more affected by their own development.
