This paper constructs an index system for the integrated development of red culture and tourism around the vitality,spiritual value and competitiveness of red tourism,based on the perspective of maximizing the combination weight of subjective and objective differences.At the same time,the triangular membership function is used to construct an evaluation model.Taking Zhaoqing city,Guangdong province as an example,the index system and evaluation model are tested empirically,and the development level of red culture and tourism integration in Zhaoqing city is also evaluated.The research results indicate that the integrated development of red culture and tourism in Zhaoqing city is at an average level,and there are the following problems:(1)The frequency of sight-seeing in red tourist attractions is low and the willingness to consume red products is not high.(2)The output effect of social emotional value is poor.(3)The quality of service personnel is good,while the explanation effect and tourists'satisfaction are average.(4)The transportation conditions,cost suitability,ecological environment condi-tions and impact effects are average,and the quality of accommodation meals is poor.
