Visualization Analysis of Low-Carbon Campus Research Based on CiteSpace
1 039 papers published in the CNKI database from 2010 to 2024 and 826 papers published in the WOS database from 2005 to 2024 were selected.The CiteSpace visualization research method was used to conduct information visualization analysis of the low-carbon campuses from aspects of the number of published articles,pub-lishing countries or regions,keyword co-occurrence,emergence,clustering,etc,and to summarize and extract the hot topics and cutting-edge trends of low-carbon campus research at home and abroad.The research shows that the number of relevant literature at home and abroad is overall on the rise,and the research on the low-carbon campu-ses in China started relatively late.Research institutions have not formed a good network of cooperative relationships.Domestic scholars are more concerned about issues such as low-carbon education,establishing low-carbon concepts,creating a low-carbon culture on campuses,and practicing low-carbon living by teachers and students.Foreign scholars mainly focus on the quantitative research on on-site measurements,monitoring and evalu-ation of air quality,carbon footprint and other factors.In the future,the research on low-carbon campuses needs to strengthen the interdisciplinary integration and further promote the in-depth practical research on the application of new technologies and renewable energy.
