不同切花菊品种的高温生理响应及耐热性综合评价

摘要
为了筛选耐热性强的切花菊品种,并建立切花菊高温综合评价体系,文章以12个多头切花菊品种为实验材料,进行高温胁迫处理,探究其对高温胁迫的耐受性.结果显示,随着胁迫温度升高,不同多头切花菊品种的各项生理指标变化趋势有差异,表明单一指标无法全面反映品种间的耐热性.随后,采用主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析进行综合评价,将12个品种划分为4类,分别为:热敏感型品种'凯撒红';中等耐热型品种'吉姆橙''诺西橙''多伦多';较耐热型品种'昆帝''瑞白''紫精灵''贝基''阴阳''绿精灵';耐热型品种'威尼斯'和'凯撒黄',是适用于夏季高温地区生产的品种;并进一步利用逐步回归法得到最优评价方程,筛选出丙二醛(MDA)含量、电子传递的量子产额(φEo)和可溶性糖(SS)的质量分数3个单项指标,提高了鉴定效率.
Abstract
In order to select the heat-resistant cultivars of spray-cut chrysanthemum and establish a comprehensive evaluation method for heat tolerance,the tolerance toward high temperature stress of 12 cut chrysanthemum culti-vars were studied.The results revealed that as the stress temperature rose,the physiological and biochemical inde-xes showed corresponding changes,while the trend of changes varied significantly,indicating differences in heat tolerance among different varieties.Furthermore,four principal components were extracted by principal component analysis.Membership function analysis and cluster analysis categorized the 12 cultivars into four groups:a heat-sensitive group that included'Kaisahong',a group with moderate heat resistance consisting of'Jimucheng''Nuoxicheng''Duolunduo',a more heat-resistant group with'Kundi''Ruibai''Zijingling''Yinyang''Lvjing-ling',and a heat-resistant group comprising'Weinisi'and'Kaisahuang',which were potential candidates for cultivation in high-temperature zones.And building on this classification,the stepwise regression method was used to set up a multiple regression equation that incorporates the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),the quantum yield for electron transfer(φEo),and the mass fraction of solubel suqar(SS)as reliable indicators for assessing heat re-sistance.
