摘要

基于分子结构设计原理,以含双键与氧原子直接相连结构的乙烯氧基聚氧乙烯醚为聚合单体,在异抗坏血酸钠/Na2SO3、Fe2+氧化还原体系下,通过与丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺自由基聚合,制备了兼具高保坍性能的聚羧酸减水剂.结果表明:乙烯氧基聚氧乙烯醚由于其碳碳双键与氧原子直接相连,较常规聚醚单体具有更高的聚合活性,诱导期可以缩短近1/2的时间,制得的混凝土与常规减水剂相比,初始、1 h坍落度可分别提高16%和64%,而初始、1 h流动度则提高7%和22%.红外光谱表明功能单体的酰胺、羧基等基团成功嫁接在以聚氧乙烯醚聚合的减水剂分子主链上.

Abstract

Based on molecular structure design theory,a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer with high slump retai-ning performance was prepared by free radical polymerization with acrylic acid and acrylamide in the Redox system of sodium erythorbate/Na2SO3 and Fe2+,using ethenyloxy polyoxyethylene ether with double bond directly connect-ed with oxygen atom as polymeric monomer.The results showed that the ethenyloxy-polyoxyethylene ether has high-er polymerization activity than conventional polyether monomer due to its C =C double bond directly connected with oxygen atom,and the time of induction period can be shortened by nearly 1/2.The initial and 1 h slump of the prepared concrete can be increased by 16% and 64%,respectively,compared with conventional water reducing agents.However,the initial and 1 h slump expansion were 7%and 22%higher.The FT-IR spectra showed that the amide group and carboxyl group of the functional monomers were successfully grafted on the main chain of polycar-boxylic acid superplasticizer.
