The realization and presentation of effective community participation depends on the available community re-sources.In China's community governance,there are common phenomena of weak residents'participation,which are closely related to the scarcity of participation resources.This study,from a resource perspective,explores the path of resource discovery in com-munity participation,taking the resource discovery practice of the F Street Community Mutual Aid Association in Q City as an ex-ample.The results show that expanding the resource discovery path of resource hub organizations,leveraging the government's lead-ing role in community resource allocation,and constructing a diversified and multi-level community resource supply system are via-ble paths to alleviate the shortage of community participation and finally overcome the challenges of community participation.
