国际中文教育的三大反差与三个转向

随着我国逐渐走近世界舞台中央,加强国际中文教育,塑造同我国综合国力相匹配的中文国际地位意义重大.本文在探讨国际中文教育文明内涵的基础上,结合北京外国语大学外语教育及国际中文教育的经验,指出了我国语言教育产业发展中存在的三个反差,即国际中文教育与中国外语教育规模的反差、外译中与中译外的反差、话语体系输入与输出的反差.推动中文更好地走向世界,国际中文教育需要通过加强国际中文教育的区域国别研究、指数研究、网络建设和文库建设等措施实现三个转向,即从走出国门到深入当地、从走进课堂到走向社会、从中文教育到中文赋能.
Three Contrasts and Three Turns in International Chinese Language-Education
As China gradually approaches the center of the world stage,it is of great significance to strengthen international Chinese language education and shape the international status of Chinese language that matches China's comprehensive national strength.On the basis of discussing the civilization connotation of international Chinese language education as well as combining the experience of foreign language education and international Chinese language education in Beijing Foreign Studies University,this paper points out three contrasts in the devel-opment of China's language education industry,namely,the contrast between the scale of international Chinese lan-guage education and foreign language education in China,the contrast between foreign-to-Chinese translation and Chinese-to-foreign translation,and the contrast between the input and output of the discourse system.To promote the better integration of Chinese language into the world,efforts must be made to achieve three turns through strengthening regional and country studies,index studies,network construction,and library construction in interna-tional Chinese language education,namely,from going abroad to delving into the local area,from entering the class-room to going to society,and from Chinese language education to Chinese language empowerment.
