The Status Quo,Hotspots,and Trends of International Chinese Educa-tion Research——A Citespace-based Bibliometric Analysis(2019-2023)
Through the use of the bibliometric visualization analysis software CiteSpace,a statistical analysis was conducted on papers published in Chinese core journals and professional journals in the field of international Chinese education from 2019 to 2023,which were included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).It was found that the core author group in the field of international Chinese education is basically stable,with univer-sities and colleges as the main publishing institutions,but there is less cooperation among them.Research hotspots focus on four categories:the development of Confucius Institutes,international Chinese language teaching,Chi-nese language education,and international Chinese teacher education;while the future research will continue to fo-cus on international Chinese teaching models,regional and national Chinese education,international Chinese teaching resources,"Chinese+vocational skills"education,and the construction of international Chinese education standards.
