The"ideological cultivation"of the communists is not a simple application of the traditional"ideo-logical cultivation",but a revolutionary transformation of the traditional"ideological cultivation"through the use of Marxism,which not only removes the idealistic elements in the traditional"idological cultivation",but also retains the reasonable elements that emphasize the importance of self-cultivation,thus realizing the historical transcen-dence of the traditional"ideological cultivation".The fostering of the"ideological cultivation"of the Chinese com-munists is the internal requirement of the Marxist party and the fine tradition of the Communist Party of China,as well as the practical need to promote the party's self revolution in the new era,for it is especially necessary,with re-spect to the fostering of the"ideological cultivation"of the Chinese communists in the new era,to improve the con-tent system of the"ideological cultivation",build a high-quality party spirit education system,and temper the party spirit cultivation of Party members in practical work.Among the three relations,it is the prerequisite to improve the content system of the"ideological cultivation";the key to build a high-quality party spirit education system;and the practical requirement to temper the party spirit accomplishment of party members in actual work.
