Studies on the Practice Strategies for Social Work Intervention in Community Care for the Elderly——A Case Study of Five Representative Communities in T City
The community care for the elderly best combines the institutional care and the family care into the community,which integrates the advantages of the two and avoids the shortcomings,thus not only solving the issue of the absence of institutional care of family affection,but also compensating for the shortcomings of traditional family care.From the perspective of the ecosystem theory,this paper analyzes the features of the common needs of the elderly in 5 representative communities in T City from the angle of social work concepts,summarizes the difficul-ties of community care for the elderly from the micro,meso and macro dimensions,and proposes practice strategies for social work intervention in community care for the elderly.
