On the Convergence and Coordination between Party Regulations and National Laws
Realizing the convergence and coordination between the Party's internal regulations and national laws is both necessary and feasible.However,due to the intricate relationship between party regulations and national laws,coupled with the insufficient match between the party regulations system and the national legal system and other reasons,there is still a lack of benign interaction between the party regulations and national laws,insufficient coordination between some of the party regulations and the national laws,some of the party regulations are out of the scope of adjustment of the national laws,and the mechanism for transforming the party regulations into national laws is not sound enough.To this end,on the basis of the principle that national laws are compatible with Party regulations and that Party regulations are stricter than national laws,the convergence and coordination mechanism of legislation and regulations should be improved,the convergence and linkage mechanism between Party regulations and national laws should be improved,the boundaries between Party regulations and national laws should be clarified,and the mechanism for transforming Party regulations into national laws should be improved,so as to realize the convergence and coordination between Party regulations and national laws.
