新时代党的自我革命制度规范体系建设的规律性认识研究

不断深化党的自我革命制度规范体系建设规律性认识对党的建设、党的长期执政和党的中心任务的实现具有重要意义。新时代10余年中国共产党人对自我革命制度规范体系建设的规律性认识，按照习近平总书记关于党的自我革命的重要思想形成过程及其制度化表达进程为标准，划分为深化认识阶段、全面深化认识阶段和认识高度自觉自信阶段。党对自我革命制度规范体系建设规律性认识的理论逻辑和历史逻辑，既表现为规律性认识的对象、直接思想指引、重点内容和思维方式的变化，又突出地表现为规律性认识的成果的发展。这些主要成果既体现在对"三大规律"，即共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律认识的深化，更表现为对党的领导和执政规律性认识、党的建设规律性认识的深化，还具体地表现为对党的自我革命的规律性认识和对党的自我革命制度规范体系建设的规律性认识达到了新高度。迈向新征程，党的自我革命制度规范体系建设的规律性认识的主要内容可从利益与制度之间关系的角度，概括为党的自我革命制度规范体系的实质和建设原则等七个方面。
Research on the Regularity of the Construction of the Party's Self-Revolution System in the New Era
Continuously deepening recognition of the regularity of the development of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform is of great significance for the Party building,the Party's long-term governance,and the realization of the Party's central tasks.For more than a decade in the new era,Chinese Communists have scientifically recognized regularity of the development of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform.According to the standard of the formation process and institutionalized expression process of Xi Jinping's Theory of the Party's self-reform,it is divided into three stages:deepening recognizing stage,comprehensive deepening stage,and having a higher level of self-awareness and confidence stage.The theoretical and historical logic of the Party's recognizing of the Regularity of the development of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform is reflected in the changes in the objects of regularity,direct ideological guidance,key content,and ways of thinking;and it is also highlighted as the development of results in regular recognizing.These main achievements are not only reflected in the deepening of recognizing of the laws that underlie governance by a communist party,the development of socialism,and the evolution of human society,but also in the deepening of recognizing the regularity of the Party's leadership and governance,as well as the regularity of Party building.They are also specifically reflected in the new height of recognizing the regularity of the Party's self-reform and the regularity of the development of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform.The main content of the characteristics and laws of the development of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform towards a new journey can be summarized from the perspective of the relationship between interests and systems in seven aspects,for example the essence and construction principles of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform.
