摘要
铁尾矿制备胶凝材料是固体废弃物利用的途径之一,但尾矿利用率一直较低,特别是低硅铁尾矿。以提高低硅铁尾矿的利用率为目标,以制品的3d抗压强度为考核指标,研究了几种常用胶凝材料中铁尾矿的利用率及制品性能的关系,结果表明,当矿渣85%+粉煤灰15%用量时,制品最高强度为25.69 MPa,此时铁尾矿用量仅为20%,而铁尾矿用量60%时,对应的制品抗压强度为18.18 MPa,二者均未达到理想目标,为此在试验中加入一种钙盐增强剂ZQ14,在其用量3%,矿渣用量85%,粉煤灰用量15%,铁尾矿掺量为60%时,最终可得制品3 d抗压强度和抗折强度分别达38.11、8.91 MPa,28 d抗压强度和抗折强度分别为89.95、20.13 MPa。
Abstract
Preparation of cementing material using iron tailing is one effective way to solid waste utilization,but the ratio is low, especial the low SiO2 content iron tailing. in order to improve the iron tailing ratio,relationship between iron tailing ratio and product properties were studied based on the compressive strength for 3 d.It was showed that product with compressive strength 25.69 MPa for 3 d could get when slag mass ratio 85%,fly ash 15%,while iron tailing ratio is 20%only,and when iron tailing ratio reached 60%,prod-uct with compressive strength were just 18.18 MPa for 3 d.One enhancer(named ZQ14)with calcium salt was added for increasing the iron tailing ratio.Compressive strength and bending strength of product reached 38.11,8.91 MPa for 3 d and 89.95,20.13 MPa for 28 d under the condition of slag 85%,fly ash 15%,iron tailing 60%.
