摘要

通过化学共沉淀法制备出CaFe-LDHs,并用于硫酸盐的吸附及混凝土试块的抗硫酸盐侵蚀研究.吸附试验表明,CaFe-LDHs对硫酸的吸附过程符合拟一级动力学模型和Langmuir模型,这说明CaFe-LDHs对硫酸盐具有更好的吸附性能.在抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验表明,混凝土试件的抗压强度随CaFe-LDHs掺量的增加而增加,且随着干湿循环的次数增加而先增加后减少.硫酸盐深度分布曲线表明,随着掺合料的增加能够有效地延缓硫酸盐对混凝土试块的侵蚀,并说明CaFe-LDHs作为掺合料能够有效地降低硫酸盐对混凝土试块的侵蚀.

Abstract

CaFe-LDHs was prepared by chemical co-precipitation,and CaFe-LDHs was employed for sulphate adsorption and anti-sul-phate erosion research on concrete specimen blocks.The adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption process of sulphate by CaFe-LDHs was in accordance with the pseudo-first-order kinetic model and Langmuir model,which suggested that CaFe-LDHs exhibited better adsorption properties for sulphate.In the sulphate erosion resistance experiments showed that the compressive strength of concrete specimens increased with the increasing dosage of CaFe-LDHs.Whereas,the compressive strength of concrete specimens increased and then decreased with the number of drying-wetting cycles.The sulphate depth distribution curve showed that with the increase of admixture could effectively retard the sulfate erosion on concrete specimens,and indicated that CaFe-LDHs as an admixture could significantly re-duce the sulfate erosion on concrete specimens.
