Experimental study on the bonding performance between cement based fiber composites and concrete
In order to achieve the goal of rapid repair of old concrete structures,a high-performance cement-based fiber composite repair material was prepared by replacing ordinary Portland cement with magnesium phosphate cement. The bonding performance between it and concrete structures was investigated by taking the bonding tensile strength, flexural strength and shear strength as evaluation indexes. The test results show that the greater the interface roughness of concrete is,the tensile strength, flexural strength and shear strength of the bond between cement-based fiber composite and concrete first increase and then decrease. When the interface roughness is about 3.5 mm,the bond performance can reach the best. The greater the strength of concrete matrix, the greater the bond tensile strength, flexural strength and shear strength between cement-based fiber composite and concrete, and the better the bond performance. The cement-based fiber composite prepared has good bonding performance with concrete, which can meet the needs of old concrete structure repair construction.
