Study on frost resistance and stress analysis of full grouting sleeve connection
In order to investigate the frost resistance of full grouting sleeves in winter construction,15 full grouting sleeves were made to carry out unidirectional pull-out test after different numbers of freeze-thaw cycles, and the damage process and damage form were system-atically analyzed. The study shows that the strength of the sleeve decreases to different degrees with the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles, and when the number of freeze-thaw cycles reaches 100 times, the grout is seriously damaged, and the damage is in the form of the steel bar being pulled out.At the same time, the mechanical model of the interaction between the steel, grout and sleeve was es-tablished,and the elastic limit load of the stress on the wall of the sleeve at room temperature was calculated by using the theory of thick-walled cylinders, and the strain value of the wall of the sleeve in the elastic state, which is more in line with the experimental value.Provide data support for the design of grouting sleeve in cold area.
