Experimental study on surface shear force and abrasion characteristics of concrete under the action of water flow
To obtain the variation law of the surface shear force and abrasion resistance of the concrete under the action of water flow, the cement mortar was used to replace the concrete, and the annular specimens were designed and prepared as the research object.Parts of the specimens were immersed in 1 mol/L ammonium chloride solution to obtain annular specimens with different degrees of corrosion on the surface and then used the self-designed water flow scouring test device to carry out water flow scouring experiments of the specimen under different conditions,to analyze the influence of parameters such as water flow velocity, sand content and surface dissolution degree on the surface shear force of the specimen and the change of the abrasion resistance of the specimen. The results indicated that the surface shear force of the specimen increased with the increase of the flow rate and the sand content, and was proportional to the 1.70 power of the flow rate. The surface shear force of the specimen after dissolution had a significant increase compared with that of the undissolved specimen, and with the increase of the degree of dissolution, the surface shear force of the specimen also increased to a certain extent. The abrasion resistance of the specimens reduced with the increase of the dissolution degree and scouring velocity.
