Research on mechanical properties of rock mass based on 3D printing of raw materials
In order to explore the effects of different raw materials on the physical and mechanical properties of 3D printed rock samples and the mechanism of action, the similarities and differences between printed rock samples with different raw materials and actual rock samples were summarized and analyzed. The results show that the gypsum powder is the most commonly used and closest to the actual rock mass, but its bulk density and compressive strength are obviously lower than the actual rock mass. The tensile strength of engineering plastics is ideal, but the bulk density is too small, and the elastic modulus and peak compressive strain are different from the actual rock mass. The bulk density of sintered material is large, but its tensile strength, elastic modulus and peak compressive strain are different from the actual rock mass. The compressive strength and tensile strength of photosensitive resin are close to those of some rock masses, but the bulk density, elastic modulus and peak compressive strain of photosensitive resin are quite different from those of actual rock masses.
