Analysis of mechanical properties and crack width of concrete deeply bent members
In order to ensure the service life of concrete members with deep bending,it analyzed their mechanical properties under load and measured their crack width. After four kinds of concrete deeply bending members with different shear-span ratios were prepared, the loading plan was made. Then, the stress distribution of concrete members under load was analyzed based on the finite element model, and the shear capacity of concrete members with deep bending was calculated by the shear analysis model, and the crack width was measured by the tension and compression bar model. The test results show that shear span ratio can directly affect the mechanical properties of components. When the shear span ratio is 0.26 and the load is about 600 kN,the maximum mid-span displacement is 8.6 mm.When the shear span ratio is 1.04 and the load is about 300 kN,the mid-span displacement reaches 12.5 mm,and the member changes from shear failure state to shear bending failure.According to the stress between cracks, the maximum width of cracks can be accurately obtained. When the shear span ratio is large, the member cracks are wide and most of them are located near the support.
