隧道洞渣砂-粉煤灰混凝土基本力学性能研究

以高原地区隧道洞渣砂取代率、粉煤灰取代率作为变量,设置 20组试验,对掺粉煤灰、隧道洞渣砂混凝土的坍落度、立方体抗压强度fcu、劈裂抗拉强度ft、轴心抗压强度fc、弹性模量Ec进行研究,并对掺粉煤灰、隧道洞渣砂混凝土的龄期与fcu之间的关系进行了研究.试验结果表明:洞渣砂随取代率升高坍落度降低;当洞渣砂取代率为 0~70%时,其对混凝土力学性能有益,洞渣砂取代率为 50%时达到强度峰值;粉煤灰对早期混凝土力学性能存在不利影响,粉煤灰掺量越高,混凝土早期力学性能越差,当龄期发展到56 d时,掺入粉煤灰的混凝土后期强度发展速率较快.
Study on basic mechanical properties of fly ash concrete with tunnel slag sand
Taking the substitution rate of tunnel slag sand in plateau area and the substitution rate of fly ash as variables,through 20 groups of test study the slump,cube compressive strength fcu,splitting tensile strength ft,axial compressive strength fc and elastic modulus Ec of fly ash concrete with tunnel slag sand,and the relationship between age and fcu of fly ash concrete with tunnel slag sand was tested.The results showed that with the increase of substitution rate of tunnel slag sand,when the replacement rate of slag sand is from 0 to 70%,it is beneficial to the mechanical properties of concrete,strength peak when replacement ratio of slag sand is 50%.Fly ash has an adverse effect on the early mechanical properties of concrete.When the age develops to 56 d,the later strength development rate of concrete mixed with fly ash is faster.
