Study on the performance of the glass fiber reinforced-machine-made sand concrete
In order to solve the problem of unstable performance and easy shrinkage and cracking of machine-made sand,it proposed the use of corrosion-resistant glass fibers to strengthen mechanical sand concrete. It designed 180 glass fiber reinforced-machine-made sand concrete specimens with different mix ratios, conducted slump tests, axial compressive strength tests, flexural strength tests and shrinkage tests. The influence and the impact principles of the substitution rate of machine-made sand and the content of glass fiber,on the work ability, mechanical properties, and shrinkage performance of glass fiber reinforced machine-made sand concrete was compared. The optimal substitution rate of machine-made sand for natural sand and the optimal dosage of glass fiber were obtained.Make an effort to promote the development and application of the glass fiber reinforced machine-made concrete sand.
