雄安站型钢混凝土梁水化反应施工监测分析

以雄安新区高铁站站房承轨层A区结构为工程背景,对结构在施工过程中的温度及应变的变化规律展开研究.利用振弦式应变计对结构关键位置的型钢混凝土梁在施工过程中应变和温度的变化情况进行了施工监测.介绍监测的目的意义、所用的仪器设备以及监测方案;对监测得到的应变和温度数据进行了整理和研究,揭示了其在施工过程中的变化规律,得出了水化反应中混凝土的应变和温度呈正相关的结论.
Monitoring and analysis of hydration reaction of hydration reaction of steel concrete beams in Xiong'an station
Take the structure of area A of the rail bearing layer of the high-speed rail station building of Xiong'an New Area high-speed rail station as the engineering background,it studies the change law of temperature and strain of the structure during the construction process.The construction monitoring of the strain and temperature changes of the steel concrete beams in key positions of the structure during the construction process is carried out by means of vibrating string strain gages.The purpose of monitoring,the instruments and equipment used and the monitoring scheme were introduced;The strain and temperature data obtained by monitoring were collated and studied,revealing the variation law during construction,and concluding that the strain and temperature of concrete in the hydration reaction were positively correlated.
