风电混凝土塔筒结构缺陷及加固修复技术研究

表述了风电混凝土塔筒现有的缺陷并分析了缺陷产生的原因;针对混凝土塔筒的结构缺陷,采用理论计算及有限元分析的方法,对存在缺陷的混凝土塔筒结构进行性能评估,并判断截面削弱后的混凝土塔筒承载力及强度是否满足原设计要求;针对压溃崩边问题提供了相应的混凝土塔筒加固修复方法,并计算了加固前、后混凝土塔筒结构的承载力.结果表明:加注结构胶并包覆碳纤维的加固方法能够修复截面受力面积、改善结构的受力状态.
Research on defects and reinforcement techniques of concrete tower for onshore wind turbine
It describes the existing defects of concrete towers and analyzes the reasons for their occurrence.Theoretical calculation are used to evaluate the bearing capacity of the defective concrete tower structure.Finite element analysis methods are used to determined whether the stress results meeting the requirements.Furthermore,reinforcement and repair techniques are provided to strengthen the concrete tower structures for the reason that original calculated bearing capacity is decreased for the defects.The calculated results indicate that the reinforcement techniques,which are adding structural adhesive and covering carbon fiber on the outside of the concrete towerare effective.
