摘要

混凝土面板是水电站枢纽重要的水工结构,为排查混凝土缺陷需开展全面的检测.针对传统方法巡检低效高危等问题,采用热成像技术对水电站混凝土面板裂缝进行有效巡检与识别.对红外热成像技术在裂缝检测应用进行了理论分析,并通过数值仿真对该技术进行了机理性验证.使用该方法在老挝南公1水电站开展了现场实际应用,利用红外热成像技术对混凝土面板裂缝情况进行全面普查,为水利水电结构安全检测工作提供必要的技术支撑.

Abstract

Concrete slab is an important hydraulic structure of hydropower station.In order to investigate concrete defects,comprehen-sive testing needs to be carried out.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high risk of traditional inspection,thermal imaging tech-nology is used to effectively inspect and identify cracks in concrete slab of hydropower stations.The application of infrared thermal imaging technology in crack detection is analyzed theoretically,and through the numerical simulation technology of the machine rational verifica-tion.This method has been applied in Nangong 1 Hydropower Station in Laos,and the infrared thermal imaging technology is used to con-duct a comprehensive survey of concrete panel cracks,so as to provide necessary technical support for the safety detection of water conser-vancy and hydropower structures.
