In order to deeply understand the uniaxial compression performance of self-compacting fully recycled concrete,11 groups(99 in total)of self-compacting fully recycled concrete specimens were designed and manufactured with water-binder ratio(0.36,0.40,0.45)and fly ash content(20%,30%,40%,50%,70%)as changing parameters. The cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength and elas-tic modulus were tested and studied. The compression failure process and failure mode of the specimens were observed, and the change trend of each mechanical performance index was obtained.Based on experimental results and previous literature results, the conversion re-lationship of strength index was established. The constitutive equation of self-compacting recycled concrete is proposed. The results show that the failure process and failure mode of self-compacting fully recycled concrete are similar to those of ordinary concrete. In general, the cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of self-compacting fully recycled concrete decrease with the in-crease of water-binder ratio and fly ash content. The proposed formula can better predict the uniaxial compression performance index and constitutive relationship of self-compacting fully recycled concrete.
