Carbonation performance and reliability analysis of limestone powder slag concrete
To explore the influence of limestone powder and slag on the carbonation performance and reliability of concrete,the rapid carbonation test analysis is carried out with the proportion of admixture,water binder ratio,specific surface area of limestone powder and carbonation age as parameters,and the carbonation prediction model under the test environment and natural environment is obtained.Therefore,the carbonation reliability analysis is carried out.Taking the reliability index as the dependent variable,the orthogonal test was designed with four independent variables of the water binder ratio of concrete,the thickness of concrete protective layerthe,mixing amount of limestone powder and the carbonation age to judge the importance of the four factors.The results show that the carbonation resistance of concrete is reduced after adding limestone powder or slag,especially when adding 20%limestone powder alone.The carbonation resistance of limestone powder-slag concrete increases with the decrease of water binder ratio and the increase of specific surface area of limestone powder.The addition of mineral admixtures with different proportions has a certain weakening effect on the reliability of carbonated structure.The degree of influence on the reliability of carbonated structure is water binder ratio>carbonation age>thickness of concrete protective layer>limestone powder dosage.Among them,water binder ratio,limestone powder dosage,carbonation age are negatively correlated with the size of reliability index,and the thickness of protective layer is positively correlated with the size of reliability index.
