Bearing capacity evaluation of prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge based on load test
In order to detect the bearing capacity and dynamic characteristics of the rigid frame bridge with high piers and long span and wide body girder, understand the health of the bridge, and analyze whether it can meet the requirements of design and use.Taking Fenghuang Super Major Bridge as the engineering background, the finite element analysis model is established, and the results of static load test and dynamic load test are compared and analyzed with the theoretical values of the calculation model.Under the static load test, the deflection check coefficient of the bridge is from 0.710 to 0.884,the strain measuring point check coefficient is from 0.603 to 0.800,and the relative residual strain and relative residual displacement are less than 20%.Under the dynamic load test, the minimum natural vibration frequency of the left and right sides of the bridge is 4.103 Hz,and the maximum impact coefficient of the measured bridge span is 0.039.The results of the left and right amplitude static load tests of the main bridge of Fenghuang Super Major Bridge show that the bearing capacity of the bridge span under normal service conditions can meet the requirements of highway Class I vehicle loads. The results of dynamic load tests show that the measured natural vibration characteristics and dynamic response of the tested bridge span meet the design requirements.
