低负温养护下混凝土导热系数试验研究

以青藏高原的冻土地区的钻孔灌注桩工程为研究背景,采用热流法导热仪,基于稳态法测试低负温恒温养护下不同龄期时处于非饱和状态混凝土的导热系数,分析了不同养护温度、养护龄期和水灰比对混凝土导热系数的影响.研究结果表明:混凝土导热系数与水灰比和养护温度均呈负相关,且养护温度对混凝土导热系数的影响最大.其次是养护龄期,随着养护龄期的增加,混凝土的导热系数呈下降趋势,养护初期导热系数的下降幅度大于养护后期.
Experimental study on thermal conductivity of concrete under low and negative temperature curing
Based on the engineering background of bored piles in permafrost regions of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,the thermal conductivity of unsaturated concrete at different curing ages under different constant curing ages under different constant temperatures is tested based on the steady-state method by using the thermal conductivity meter of heat flow method.The effects of different curing temperatures,curing ages and water cement ratio on the thermal conductivity of concrete are analyzed.The research results show that the thermal conductivity of concrete is negatively correlated with the water cement ratio and curing temperature,and the curing temperature has the greatest influence on the thermal conductivity of concrete,followed by the curing age.With the increase of curing age,the thermal conductivity of concrete shows a downward trend,and the decrease of thermal conductivity in the early stage of curing is greater than that in the late stage of curing.
