Application technology of slope reinforcement grid beam and study on C40 concrete preparation
In order to solve the severe disasters of mountain landslides and highway slope landslides,experimental research was conducted on slope reinforcement technology-reinforced concrete lattice beam structure system and the preparation of C40 concrete.The influence of stone powder content on concrete performance was studied through single factor experiments,and the optimal C40 concrete mix ratio was determined.The analysis of the reinforcement form of reinforced concrete lattice beams reveals the reinforcement force transmission method.The application of slope reinforcement engineering explored the feasibility of engineering application and key construction points.The experimental results indicate that(1)An appropriate amount of stone powder can improve the flow and mechanical properties of concrete.The optimal content of stone powder is 6%,which is 50 kg per 1 m3 of concrete.The slump of the concrete reaches 109 mm,the expansion reaches 590 mm,the compressive strength is 48.9 MPa,and the splitting tensile strength is 4.9 MPa.(2)The force transmission method of lattice beam reinforcement is:slope soil,rock mass-lattice beam-lattice beam intersection point-anchor rod-deep rock layer.(3)The application of slope reinforcement shows that the reinforced concrete lattice beam slope reinforcement method has uniform stress,strong passive force bearing capacity,and strong overall integrity.
