Research on the preparation and performance of bamboo fiber recycled aggregate concrete
Through orthogonal experiments,the effects of bamboo fiber content,bamboo fiber length,and water cement ratio on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,and slump of concrete were studied,and the optimal mix ratio of bamboo fibril concrete is obtained.The natural aggregate was replaced by recycled aggregate,and the mechanism of bamboo fiber in concrete was studied and analyzed by using scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that the compressive specimens mixed with bamboo fiber exhibit good integrity when the specimens are damaged,and the fiber plays a certain role in the internal tension of the concrete.The optimal ratio of bamboo fiber reinforced concrete is 20 mm of bamboo fiber length,4 kg/m3 of bamboo fiber content,and 0.55 of water cement ratio.There are almost no flaky Ca(OH)2 crystals in the interface transition zone between bamboo fiber and hardened cement paste,and the interface between fibers and cement paste is well bonded.
