Research progress of chloride wetting-drying cycle on mechanical properties of recycled concrete
The use of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)in civil engineering can solve related environmental problems and save natural resources.Compared with ordinary concrete, the mechanical properties of RAC under chloride wetting-drying cycle are more complex. It reviews the research progress of mechanical properties of RAC in chloride wetting-drying cycle environment, and analyzes the changes of mechanical properties of RAC under coupling effect of wetting-drying cycle and chloride erosion, such as compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, shear strength, dynamic elastic modulus, interphase transition zone and pore structure. The influence mechanism of wetting-drying cycle and recycled coarse aggregate on the mechanical properties of RAC is analyzed, and the measures to improve the mechanical properties are summarized. The analysis results show that there are shortcomings in the existing research, mainly reflected in the large dispersion of the research conclusions of different researchers in the early stage of the test.It is necessary to further strengthen the analysis of microstructure and failure mechanism to improve the theoretical system.
