孔结构对塑性混凝土抗渗性能的影响

掺加膨润土和硅灰、改变水胶比配制了不同孔结构和孔分布的塑性混凝土,并测试了其抗渗性能,研究不同孔结构对塑性混凝土抗渗性能的影响.结果表明:随着水胶比的增大,塑性混凝土中有益孔占比逐渐减少、有害孔占比逐渐增加,平均孔径逐渐增大;膨润土、硅灰能够提高塑性混凝土的抗渗性能,增加有益孔减少有害孔,降低平均孔径.
Effect of pore structure on impermeability of plastic concrete
Plastic concrete with different pore structure and pore distribution was prepared by adding bentonite and silica fume and changing the water-binder ratio,and its impermeability was tested to study the influence of different pore structures on the impermeability of plastic concrete.The results show that with the increase of water-binder ratio,the proportion of beneficial pores in plastic concrete de-creases gradually,the proportion of harmful pores increases gradually,and the average pore size increases gradually.Bentonite and silica fume can improve the impermeability of plastic concrete,increase beneficial pores,reduce harmful pores and reduce the average pore size.
