摘要

利用X射线衍射和背散射对比分析了宝武集团不同地域与工艺钢渣的矿物组成与分布,并研究了物理和化学耦合激发作用对钢渣的粉磨效率和胶凝活性的影响.结果表明,宝山滚筒、南京滚筒、南京热泼、湛江滚筒、马钢风淬、马钢热闷几种钢渣的矿物组成均主要为C3S、β-C2S、C2F、RO相.不同钢渣中贝利特尺寸差别较大,RO相(均为Fe、Mg、Mn固溶体).在物理和化学耦合激发作用下,钢渣的粉磨效率和胶凝活性均提高.

Abstract

X-ray diffraction and backscattering were used to compare and analyze the mineral composition and distribution of steel slag in different regions and processes of Baowu Group,and the effect of physical and chemical coupling excitation on the grinding efficiency and gelling activity of steel slag was studied.The results showed that the mineral composition of steel slag in different regions and processes are mainly C3S,β-C2S,C2F and RO phases.The size of belite in different steel slag is quite different,RO phase(all are Fe,Mg,Mn solid solution).Both the grinding efficiency and the gelling activity of the steel slag were improved under the coupled excitation of physical and chemical.
