Research on ductile joint assembly technology and seismic performance of concrete shear wall
In order to solve the problems of high material cost, difficult installation and location of the assembled shear wall connecting parts, and difficult to guarantee the construction quality of the grouting connection,a new type of prefabricated concrete shear wall with ductile connection of vertical steel structure was presented. The steel structure connector formed an integral part with the steel bar to improve the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the structure. The upper and lower shear walls were assembled with high strength bolts.Partially reserved holes for later pouring concrete to realize the rapid repair of connecting parts after strong earthquakes. The quasi-static method was used to study the stress of the joints, the variation of concrete damage, the hysteretic curve and skeleton curve of the new prefabricated concrete shear wall under horizontal and reciprocating loading, and the comparison and analysis with the ordinary shear wall under the same conditions were conducted. The results showed that the steel structure connectors can delay the yielding time of steel bars, with the increase of loading horizontal displacement, the stress sharing on steel structure connectors increased, while the stress sharing ratio of steel bars on edge members decreased.Due to the inner steel structure connecting parts, the overall ductility of the structure was improved.Under the horizontal reciprocating load, the hysteretic curve was a full'shuttle'shape, the stiffness dropped slowly, and the seismic energy was absorbed strongly, therefore, the wall had good plastic deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity. When loading and unloading were completed, the skeleton curve of the assembled shear wall was still flat,so the wall had a high bearing capacity.
