Precision construction technology and control theory of prefabricated fully bolted ultra long span arch bridges
As the world′s largest span steel tube concrete arch bridge,the Wujiang Grand Bridge faces significant challenges in deformation control,construction stability,transportation and installation,and system transformation coupling forces due to factors such as temperature difference,wind field environment,terrain,and multiple links during construction.At the same time,higher precision construction control requirements are also proposed.The bridge adopts a design scheme of arch column beam fully consolidated,fully bolted and unsupported integrated stress system,which brings new challenges to the construction of the bridge.Based on this,it comprehensively tackles issues such as the calculation method of column and beam manufacturing linearity,manufacturing linearity control,and millimeter precision control of high-altitude installation.It proposes the theory of precise control of the optimal original formed arch and arch structure bolt connection throughout the entire process,as well as refined arch bridge prototype pre assembly manufacturing technology,prototype reset installation control technology,and fully consolidated bolt installation technology to reduce high-altitude operation time.It have achieved a breakthrough in the construction control accuracy of large-span arch bridges from centimeter level to millimeter level,laying the foundation for the industrialization and assembly development of large-span arch bridges.
