不同处理对水泥礁凝结及浸出液pH值和盐度影响初探

速凝成分的添加、海水浸泡、干燥熟化等不同处理均会影响水泥礁的凝结成型及浸出液水质.测定不同速凝剂比例的水泥礁凝结时间,及不同处理的水泥礁投入装有300 mL海水的烧杯后浸出液pH值和盐度.结果发现,当速凝剂添加质量比从0∶10增加到1.5∶10时,水泥礁的初凝时间由245 min缩短到0.17 min,同时发现添加速凝剂会增加礁体的碱性浸出物释放,增大浸出液盐度的波动范围.两组礁入海后0~16 d浸出液pH值均呈显著上升趋势(P<0.05),最高可达12.30.A组(添加速凝剂)盐度呈逐渐升高的趋势,B礁(未添加速凝剂)盐度呈先降低后升高的趋势,A组盐度显著高于B组(P<0.05).海水浸泡水泥礁也会影响浸出液的盐度与pH值,1次浸泡两组礁浸出液的pH值与2次和3次浸泡相比变化明显(P<0.05),2次和3次浸泡pH值变化不明显(P>0.05).A礁第1次投入海水,浸出液盐度由34.66升高至38.20,而后两次浸泡海水盐度在33.50~35.00波动.B礁浸出液盐度3次浸泡均呈先降低后升高的趋势,并在33.50~34.90波动.水泥礁碳化可降低水泥礁对浸出液pH值的影响,碳化时间越长,浸出液pH值升高越慢,达到稳定所需时间越长.试验结果可以为水泥礁在海洋牧场中的施用提供数据参考.
Preliminary study on the effect of different treatments on setting of cement reef and pH value and salinity of leaching solution
The addition of quick-setting ingredients,seawater immersion,drying will affect the setting of the cement reef and the leaching solution quality after casting.The setting time of cement reefs with different ratios of accelerators was measured,and the pH and salinity of 300 mL of seawater within the cement reefs treated differently were studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of accelerators increased from 0∶10 to 1.5∶10,the initial setting time of algal reefs was shortened from 245 minutes to 0.17 minutes,and it was found that adding accelerators would release alkaline leaching substances from reefs is relatively slowlier and the fluctuation range of leaching solution salinity on the cement reef is smaller.The pH value of the leaching solution with the reefs of the two groups showed a significant upward trend(P<0.05)from 0 to 16 days,and the pH value of the leaching solution was up to 12.30.The salinity of group A(without accelerator)showed a trend of increasing gradually,while the salinity of reef B(with accelerator)showed a trend of decreasing early and then increasing.The salinity of group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05).Seawater immersion of cement reefs also affected the salinity and pH value of the leaching solution.The pH value of the leaching solution of the two groups of reefs in the first immersion changed significantly(P<0.05)compared with the second and third immersion(P<0.05),while the pH value of the second and third immersion did not change significantly(P>0.05).When the reefs of A group were put first into seawater,the salinity of leaching solution increased from 34.66 to 38.20,and the salinity of leaching solution fluctuated between 33.50 and 35.00 in the last two immersion.The leaching solution salinity of group B all showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing and fluctuated between 33.50 and 34.90 during the three times.The carbonization treatment can reduce the impact of the cement reef on the pH value of leaching solution.The longer the carbonization time is,the slower the leachate pH value rises,and the longer it takes to stabilize.The experimental results can provide data reference for the application of cement-based reefs in marine ranching.
