Effect of inorganic salt-complex agent-polmer on early hydration properties of cement
In order to improve the early mechanical properties of cement and concrete, the composite early strength agent was obtained by complexing inorganic salts, complex agents and polymers accelerator, and the influence of complex accelerator on 1d strength of Portland cement was investigated, the calcium ion concentration and hydration heat of cement hydration for 24h were tested, and the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the complex accelerator can significantly improve the 1d strength of cement, and the 1d strength is the largest under 3.0%dosage,but the increasing trend slows down with the increase of the dosage. The concentration of calcium ions and the hydration heat in the system were significantly increased, which is the highest at 3.0%dosage of the complex accelerator.Microstructure characterization shows that the crystal size of the hydration products increases and the connect is closed.
